Naxieli Gomez (nah-yeh-lee)

Creative director and product designer based in Austin, TX, originally from Mexico City.

I specialize in brand identity, design systems, and product design for organizations doing work that matters. Over the past decade I've built visual languages and digital products that hold across every channel, from data-heavy research reports to video campaigns to print collateral, for clients in civic tech, voter registration, education, museums, cultural organizations, and tourism across Austin, New York, and Mexico City.

Most recently I led creative direction and product design at Civitech, where I built the brand from zero, designed the first version of multiple tools, and scaled a design system across print, digital, and video for one of the leading progressive voter data platforms in the U.S., supporting voter registration programs that reached millions of Americans.

When I'm not directing, I paint.
